Omnomnoms. Breakfast in my happy place ๐Ÿ’• organic porridge with banana, agave syrup and raspberry jam, a small orange juice and an earl gray tea ๐Ÿ’› have a wonderful day everyone!!
Delicious leftovers for lunch; stuffed bell pepper (rice, saffron, tomato, mushroom and onion) (cooked in the oven), broccoli, hummus and cucumber. Vegetarian and super good! And so super simple to make ๐Ÿ˜Š this would be awesome to make at uni cause you can wrap them up singularly for the fridge and then just throw it in the microwave. Yumyumyums and nomnomnoms all day
Awesome dinner made with my big sister ๐Ÿ˜ a bell pepper stuffed with rice (with saffron), mushroom, onion, then steamed broccoli, hummus and half an avocado. So healthy and delicious ๐Ÿ’•
Lunch was a super fusion food heheh ๐Ÿ˜ bell pepper, mushrooms, chicken (seasoned with chili-lime spice and pepper), mangetouts, I roasted some cashews myself (unsalted) on the pan, then noodles, a bit of sweet and sour sauce and lime squeezed on top ๐Ÿ˜„ so much effort but sooo good but so much food also lol.. Oh well it was delicious and yum ๐Ÿ˜Ž
Breakfast ๐Ÿ˜ 4 rye crackers (6g carbs and 37kcal each), 3/4 of an avocado spread out over them, 2 slices of Parma ham and orange bell pepper ๐Ÿ˜ sooo good. But high bloodsugar, 15.9/286 ๐Ÿ˜” woke up like 4 times during the night from thirst and having to go to the bathroom cause my bloodsugar kept staying high even though I corrected it ๐Ÿ˜‘ vicious cycle
Huge breakfast…. An apple, half a banana, cereal and cashews ๐Ÿ˜… so hot here in Finland too, I think I’m dying oh lords
This was breakfast a few hours ago; fitness cereal (3g of sugar per serving), a banana cut up into super thin slices and some cashews. Good stuff โ˜€๏ธ have an amazing day everyone ๐Ÿ˜Š

Nooooooooom. Dinner; lettuce, cucumber, tomato, bell pepper and cottage cheese. So good and fresh and light, perfect for this horrid heat ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜“
Frozen yogurt with my girl โ˜€๏ธ went a little crazy with all the fruit but it was sooo good ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ˜Š
Breakfast: whole bran cereal, apple, banana and cashews but this was way too much food so I didn’t eat it all ๐ŸŒป๐ŸŒผโ˜€๏ธ

This was yesterday’s dinner ๐Ÿ˜ didn’t really want to eat noodles and pasta for both meals but MEH whatevz ๐Ÿ’ anyway; spinach pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, pesto and basil ๐Ÿ˜!!! So good…
Yesterday’s lunch: noodles, chicken, green beans, fried egg, spring onion and orange bell pepper ๐Ÿ˜Š lots of spices and chili and sweet and sour sauce ๐Ÿ˜
Super easy dinner; Mozato pasta (hehe it’s still funny), mozzarella and cherry tomatoes cut up as well and pesto sauce. Yum and so easy and quick too holla, my kind of dinner! โœŒ๏ธ๐Ÿ˜‚
